Agreement to terms

By accessing or using www.neuralogic.us (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses the Site.

Who we are

The Site is operated by Neuralogic LLC (“Neuralogic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a process improvement consulting and specialized staffing firm.

Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to collect data from the Site in a manner that burdens our infrastructure or circumvents normal access controls.
• Impersonate Neuralogic or any of its employees, partners, or affiliates.

Interactive tools

The Process Health Check, Cost-of-Inefficiency Calculator, and Software & Skills Gap tool are provided for informational and self-assessment purposes only. Results are illustrative estimates based on the inputs you provide and are not a substitute for professional consulting advice. Neuralogic makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of tool outputs.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, tool designs, and code — is owned by or licensed to Neuralogic and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

The Neuralogic name and logo are trademarks of Neuralogic LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them.

Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites (including Calendly and LinkedIn). These links are provided for convenience only. Neuralogic has no control over the content or practices of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuralogic LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed $100 USD.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neuralogic LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Neuralogic LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
