Workflow Review · $500 fixed fee
One workflow, looked at closely, with a written quote at the end.
Before you change software, hire, or automate anything, see exactly how the work runs today and what a better version would take. Fixed fee. Credited toward implementation if you go ahead.
The Workflow Review starts after a free 30-minute discovery call, so we can both check it’s worth doing.
What you get
Four deliverables for a basic workflow
- 1
Your current workflow, documented as it actually runs
Who touches it, in what order, in which system, and where it stalls or gets re-entered. Not the version in the handbook. The real one.
- 2
A proposed new workflow
Fewer handoffs, clear owners, nothing typed twice.
- 3
The software it needs, and why
Often that’s software you already pay for, set up differently. Sometimes it’s less software. We don’t take vendor commissions, so the recommendation isn’t shaped by what pays us.
- 4
A written quote to implement it
Hours, scope, and what “done” means, so you can decide with the facts in hand.
How it works
From call to quote
- 1
Discovery call (free)
We pick the one workflow that costs you the most. If a review doesn’t make sense, we’ll say so.
- 2
Mapping
Thomas walks the workflow on-site with the staff who do it.
- 3
Redesign
The proposed workflow and the tools it needs.
- 4
Written quote
Delivered with the review.
- 5
Your call
Go ahead with implementation, do it yourself with the map, or stop there. The documents are yours either way.
Pricing
$500 fixed, credited if you go ahead
- $500 fixed fee for a basic workflow, including an on-site walk with your staff.
- Credited toward implementation if you go ahead: the $500 comes off the implementation quote.
- Complex workflows are quoted on their own before any work starts.
- Implementation is billed hourly against the written quote.
- Ongoing support, an optional monthly retainer, once the new workflow is running.
- Software subscriptions are billed by the vendors, not by Neuralogic.
What the fee covers: one $500 fixed fee covers the on-site walk and all four written deliverables, and they’re yours to keep. Free audit vs. the $500 Workflow Review →
Thomas is used to fixed-price work: scope agreed up front, then held to it. The Workflow Review works the same way: one fixed fee for a basic workflow, and a written implementation quote before you commit to anything else.
What it isn’t
One workflow, not a program
- Not a company-wide transformation program. One workflow.
- Not a software demo or a tool pitch.
- Not an AI project. AI or custom software comes later, only once the workflow is fixed, and only where it clearly pays.
- Not a hiring plan. Hiring help, only if needed, if the new workflow shows a gap.
Common questions
Before you book
Which workflow should we start with?
Usually the one where money or time leaks most visibly: invoicing, intake, order entry, dispatch, scheduling. We pick it together on the discovery call.
Do we have to use Neuralogic for implementation?
No. The map and the proposed workflow are yours. The credit only applies if you go ahead with us.
What if we already bought software?
We map the workflow first, then check what you have against it. Often the tool stays and just gets set up to match the process.
Outside metro Atlanta?
A remote version is available.
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. It’s thirty minutes, and it’s the only free step. The Workflow Review is a paid, fixed-fee deliverable.
New business, nothing to review yet?
New Business Launch skips the review fee. It’s a free call, then a quoted setup that typically takes 1 to 3 weeks. New Business Launch →
