Overview
Neuralogic LLC (“Neuralogic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.neuralogic.us. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or use our tools, how we use it, and what rights you have.
We keep things simple: we collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry or improve the site, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t use invasive tracking.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form — name, work email, company name, and a description of your process challenge. Used to follow up on discovery call requests.
- Interactive tools — responses you enter in the Process Health Check, Cost-of-Inefficiency Calculator, or Software & Skills Gap tool. Used to generate your results and, in aggregate, to improve the tools.
- Google Sign-In — if you sign in via Google to access the client portal, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We store this in your browser session only; nothing is written to our servers from authentication alone.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics — we use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service. It records page views and basic device information (browser, screen size, country) without cookies or personal identifiers.
- UTM parameters — if you arrive via a tracked link (e.g. from an email campaign), the UTM parameters in the URL are stored in your browser’s session storage and included with any tool submission so we can understand which outreach is working. They are not shared with third parties and are cleared when you close your browser tab.
- Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) may retain standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for security and reliability purposes. These are governed by Vercel’s Privacy Policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to contact form submissions and schedule discovery calls.
- To display your tool results and, if you submit them, to store an anonymized record for service improvement.
- To understand how visitors navigate the site so we can improve it.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
- We do not use your information for automated profiling or targeted advertising.
Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site:
- Vercel — hosting and analytics. Privacy policy.
- Google — Sign-In (OAuth). Privacy policy.
- Calendly — scheduling. Information you enter when booking a call is subject to Calendly’s Privacy Policy.
- Neon (Postgres) — database hosting for tool submissions. Data is stored in the United States.
Data retention
Tool submissions are retained in our database until you request deletion. Contact form submissions handled via Calendly are subject to Calendly’s retention policy. Browser-session data (UTM parameters, Google sign-in state) is cleared when you close your tab.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To do so, email us at evaluate@neuralogic.us. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies. The only browser storage we use is sessionStorage for Google sign-in state and UTM parameters, which does not persist after your browser tab is closed.
Children’s privacy
Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
