Privacy Policy

Overview

Neuralogic LLC (“Neuralogic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.neuralogic.us. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or use our tools, how we use it, and what rights you have.

We keep things simple: we collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry or improve the site, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t use invasive tracking.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form — name, work email, company name, and a description of your process challenge. Stored in our database and emailed to us so we can reply; you also receive one automatic confirmation email. Used only to follow up on your inquiry.
  • Interactive tools — responses you enter in the Process Health Check, Cost-of-Inefficiency Calculator, or Software & Skills Gap tool. When your results appear on screen, we save a record of which tool you used, your answers, your results, and any UTM parameters from the link you arrived on. This happens automatically, before you give us any contact details. The record has no name or email address in it and is labeled with a random code, not with anything about you. We use these records to generate your results and, in aggregate, to improve the tools. If you click “Email me these results,” we also collect your email address, store it with that record and in our log of results emails, and use it to send the results and to follow up with you personally.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics — we use Vercel Analytics (opens in new tab), a privacy-focused analytics service. It records page views and basic device information (browser, screen size, country) without cookies or personal identifiers.
  • UTM parameters — if you arrive via a tracked link (for example a social post or an email), the utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and utm_term values in that address are kept in this browser tab’s sessionStorage. They are saved with the tool record created when your results appear and with booking-click records, and included in the email we receive from the contact form, so we can see which outreach led there. When you click to book, they are added to our own booking link so the click can be logged, but they are not passed on to Google’s booking page. We do not put them in a cookie or in localStorage, and this script does not send them to an analytics vendor. They are cleared when you close the tab.
  • Booking clicks — when you click to book a call, the link first passes through our site, which saves the page you clicked from, any UTM parameters, and the time, then sends you to Google’s booking page. This record does not include your name, email, IP address, or browser details, and no cookie is used. Anything you enter on the booking page is covered by Google’s Privacy Policy (see “Third-party services”).
  • Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) may retain standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for security and reliability purposes. These are governed by Vercel’s Privacy Policy (opens in new tab).

How we use your information

  • To respond to contact form submissions and schedule discovery calls.
  • To display your tool results, and to save a record of each tool use and each booking click, with no name or email, that we review in aggregate to improve the site and see which outreach works.
  • To understand how visitors navigate the site so we can improve it.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
  • We do not use your information for automated profiling or targeted advertising.

Data retention

Tool records without an email address and booking-click records, including any UTM parameters saved with them, are kept for 12 months and then deleted or kept only as aggregate totals that can’t be traced to a single visit. These records contain no name or email address, so we can’t find or delete a specific person’s record on request. Tool records with an email address, and our log of results emails, are kept until you ask us to delete them; you can ask at any time (see “Your rights”). Contact form messages are retained in our database until you request deletion; UTM parameters on a contact note are included in the notification email and are not stored in that database. Google Calendar bookings are subject to Google’s retention policy. Browser-session data (UTM parameters) is cleared when you close your tab.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To do so, email us at evaluate@neuralogic.us. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies. The only browser storage we use is sessionStorage for UTM parameters, which does not persist after your browser tab is closed.

Children’s privacy

Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
